Enchilada Crock Pot
- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 can Ro-tel tomatoes
- 2 can diced tomatoes
- 2 can chili beans
- 1 can salsa
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 packages mexican cheese
- 1 packages flour tortillas
- scramble hamburger and drain grease, mix cans of tomatoes, chili beans, salsa, chili powder and cumin
- let simmer 15 minutes
- then layer in crockpot, 1 tortilla, hamburger mixture, then cheese.
- layer till full
ground beef, rotel tomatoes, tomatoes, chili beans, salsa, chili powder, ground cumin, mexican cheese, flour tortillas
