Key Lime Cake

• 1 (18.25oz) package of lemon cake mix
• 1 1/3 cup vegetable oil
• 4 eggs
• 1 (3oz) package of lime gelatin mix
• 3/4 cup orange juice
• 1/2 cup butter (1 stick)
• 1 (8oz) package of cream cheese
• 3 tbsp fresh lime juice
• 4 cup congectioners sugar

1. Preheat oven at 350.
2. Combine cake mix, oil, eggs, gelatin, and orange juice in large bowl.
3. Mix well until all lumps are out.
4. Pour batter into 2 greased 9 in pans.
5. Bake according to box instructions or until toothpick comes out clean.
6. Let cool.
7. To make frosting.
8. In large bowl, beat the butter and cream cheese until light and fluffy.
9. Add lime juice and confectioners sugar.
10. Mix well.
