Leah's Drunken Whipped Cream

• 1 pints heavy wiping cream
• 1 tsp Pumpkin Pie spice
• 1 tbsp cloves
• 1 tbsp Brandy extract
• 2 tbsp rum extract
• 2 tsp ginger
• 1 Sugar (optional) to taste

1. chill a large mixing bowl and whisk
2. whip cream until very thick
3. gradually add the extracts and spices.
4. add sugar if desired

pie spice, cloves, brandy, rum, ginger, sugar
