Beef And Beer Recipe

  1. Salt & pepper meat and brown lightly in heavy skillet.
  2. Add in onions, pepper and mushrooms and brown lightly.
  3. Pour beer over all, stir in catsup and mustard.
  4. Cover tightly and simmer slowly for 2 to 2 1/2 hrs or possibly till meat is tender.
