Berry/Kiwi Salad W/ Honey Dijon Mustard Dressing

• 3 tablespoons salad oil
• 3 tablespoons honey
• 1 tablespoon malt vinegar
• 1 teaspoon poppy seed (optional)
• 12 teaspoon Dijon mustard
• 4 cups bibb lettuce, torn into small pieces
• 1 cup sliced strawberry
• 1 cup blueberries
• 3 kiwi, peeled and sliced

1. Mix dressing ingredients in a small bowl.
2. Combine lettuce and fruit in a large bowl.
3. Toss with dressing and serve.
