Layered Artichoke-Bruschetta Appetizer Spread
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
- 1 can (14 oz.) artichoke hearts, drained, chopped
- 1/2 cup KRAFT Shredded Parmesan Cheese
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice Safeway 4 ct For $5.00 thru 02/09
- 2 small tomatoes, seeded, chopped King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 2 Tbsp. sliced black olives
- 2 Tbsp. KRAFT Italian Vinaigrette Dressing
- 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh basil
- Combine first 4 ingredients.
- Mix all remaining ingredients in separate bowl.
- Refrigerate both mixtures 1 hour.
- Spread artichoke mixture into 6-inch circle on plate, making indentation in center.
- Fill with tomato mixture.
