A Different Pumpkin Pie
- 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 12 cup lemon juice
- 2 cups pumpkin
- 23 cup brown sugar
- 12 teaspoon cinnamon
- 12 teaspoon clove
- 12 teaspoon ginger
- 12 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 cup flaked coconut
- 1 cup nuts, chopped
- 1 (8 ounce) container Cool Whip
- 2 graham cracker pie crust
- Blend sweetened condensed milk and lemon juice and stir until thickened.
- Add pumpkin, brown sugar, cinnamon, cloves, ginger, nutmeg, coconut & nuts.
- Stir until blended.
- Add Cool Whip.
- Pour into graham cracker pie crust.
- Refrigerate 4 hours.
