Texas Straw Hats

  1. Brown ground beef with celery and onion in margarine in a large skillet, stirring until ground beef is crumbly.
  2. Drain. Add tomato paste, catsup, water, Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco sauce, chili powder, thyme, salt and pepper.
  3. Mix well. Simmer, uncovered, for 1 hour. Serve over corn chips and top with cheese. Yields 6 servings.
