Mexican-Style Marinated Steaks

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients except steaks.
  2. Place steaks in a wide, shallow glass or ceramic bowl and add marinade.
  3. Turn steaks to coat all sides.
  4. Cover, and refrigerate overnight.
  5. Wipe excess marinade from steaks before cooking.
  6. Grill to taste.
