Mexican-Style Marinated Steaks
- 1/2 cup dry red wine
- 1/2 cup lime juice
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon crushed red pepper
- 1 tablespoon chopped garlic
- 4 beefsteaks, about 6 ounces each
- In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients except steaks.
- Place steaks in a wide, shallow glass or ceramic bowl and add marinade.
- Turn steaks to coat all sides.
- Cover, and refrigerate overnight.
- Wipe excess marinade from steaks before cooking.
- Grill to taste.
