Chocolate-Orange Sorbet

  1. Bring first 3 ingredients to boil in large saucepan over medium-high heat, stirring until sugar dissolves.
  2. Mix in orange juice concentrate.
  3. Reduce heat to low.
  4. Add chocolate and whisk until smooth.
  5. Chill uncovered 4 hours, stirring occasionally.
  6. Process sorbet mixture in ice cream maker according to manufacturer's instructions.
  7. Transfer to container.
  8. Cover; freeze at least 6 hours and up to 3 days.
