Mustard cheese sauce Recipe

• 8oz bechamel
• 2oz grated cheddar
• 1/2 tspn worchestershire
• 11/2 tspn dry mustard

1. add ingredients to bechamel.
2. Simmer untill cheese is melted and serve

bechamel, cheddar, worchestershire, mustard
