Blackberry Bavarian Mousse Recipe

• 1 pkt Silken tofu
• 1/4 c. Natural Blackberry syrup
• 3/4 c. Blackberries (frzn)
• 1/4 tsp Almond extract
• 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract

1. Puree until creamy, freeze 1-2 hrs before serving.
2. SERVES 3-4
3. NOTES : Very easy to make and delicious too!
