Pumpkin Bread

  1. In a mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar.
  2. Add eggs; mix well.
  3. Combine dry ingredients; stir into creamed mixture just until moistened.
  4. Stir in pumpkin.
  5. Pour into two greased 9-in.
  6. x 5-in.
  7. x 3-in.
  8. loaf pans.
  9. Bake at 350F (180C) F for 1 hour or until bread tests done.
