Mixed Bean Salad

  1. In a small saucepan, combine sugar, vinegar, oil, salt and pepper.
  2. Cook and stir over medium heat until sugar is dissolved.
  3. Remove from the heat, sool slightly.
  4. In a large salad bowl, combine the remaining ingredients.
  5. Drizzle with dressing, toss to coat.
  6. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
