White Peach Iced Tea
- 12 ounces fresh brewed iced tea, chilled
- 6 ounces gin
- 6 ounces white peach puree
- 4 ounces simple syrup
- Peach bitters, as needed
- Sparkling wine or Champagne, for serving
- Peach wedges, for garnish
- In a pitcher, stir together the iced tea, gin, peach puree, simple syrup and peach bitters to taste.
- Refrigerate until well chilled.
- Pour over ice into highball glasses and top with sparkling wine or Champagne.
- Garnish with peach wedges
