White Peach Iced Tea

  1. In a pitcher, stir together the iced tea, gin, peach puree, simple syrup and peach bitters to taste.
  2. Refrigerate until well chilled.
  3. Pour over ice into highball glasses and top with sparkling wine or Champagne.
  4. Garnish with peach wedges
