Crisp-melty Bread

  1. Put the cheese and tomato-slices in between of 2 breads, then cut it into 4
  2. Prepare the eggs and mix it with the spices
  3. Cut the leeks and put it into the egg
  4. Dip the bread into the egg
  5. Then coat it with the flour, do it for the other bread-slices
  6. Heat the oil in the pan
  7. Put the ready bread into the oil and wait until it has gold-brown colour
  8. And finally, take the gold-brown bread from the oil.
  9. Put it on the nicest plate..
