Chicken Tortelloni
- 300 g fresh tortellini
- 1 cup reduced-fat evaporated milk, coconut flavor
- 1 onion, Diced
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 12 teaspoon pepper
- 12 teaspoon chili
- 14 cup edam cheese, grated
- 300 g cooked chicken, shredded
- Cook pasta as per packet instructions.
- Cook Onion in a non stick pan for 2min.
- Add Milk, Garlic, Pepper, Chilli, Cheese and simmer for 5 minutes while pasta is still cooking.
- Once pasta is cooked drain and add to sauce along with chicken.
- Heat thru and serve.
