Banana Fluff
- 4 bananas
- 2 stick or 1 cup butter, softened
- 2 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 2 cup powdered sugar
- 2 eggs or 1/2 cup egg substitute
- 1 (16oz) can crushed pineapple, drained very well
- 1 (8oz) whipped topping
- 1 (9oz) jar maraschino cherries, drained
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1 chocolate syrup
- Crust: melt 1 stick or 1/2 cup butter and mix with graham cracker crumbs.
- Press into 13x9-inch pan
- Filling: prepare filling by beating other stick or 1/2 cup of butter, eggs or egg substitute, and powdered sugar until fluffy.
- Spread filling over crust
- Slice bananas lengthwise and layer over filling.
- Top with drained pineapples
- Cover with cool whip, chopped nuts, and cherries
- Refrigerate for 4 hrs
- before serving, cover with chocolate syrup.
