Balsamic Vinaigrette With Mustard Recipe

• 1/2 c. extra virgin olive oil
• 1/4 c. balsamic vinegar
• 1 x rounded Tbsp. old-style or possibly country-style Dijon mustard
• 1 Tbsp. minced fresh tarragon Or possibly 1 tsp. dry
• 1/2 tsp garlic salt
• 1/2 tsp sugar, (optional)

1. Makes 1 c.
2. Use a good-quality Dijon mustard in this dressing.
3. Combine all ingredients in ajar with a tightly fitting lid.
4. Shake well to mix.
