Easy Skillet Chicken Stir-Fry
- 1/4 cup KRAFT Asian Toasted Sesame Dressing, divided
- 1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into thin strips
- 1-1/4 cups water
- 2 Tbsp. lite soy sauce
- 1 tsp. dried minced onion
- 1 pkg. (16 oz.) frozen stir-fry vegetables (broccoli, carrots, red peppers, snow peas)
- 2 cups instant white rice, uncooked
- 1/4 cup chopped toasted PLANTERS Slivered Almonds
- Heat 1 Tbsp.
- dressing in large skillet on medium-high heat.
- Add chicken; cook and stir 4 min.
- or until done.
- Add water, soy sauce, onion and vegetables; stir.
- Bring to boil.
- Stir in rice and remaining dressing; cover.
- Remove from heat.
- Let stand 5 min.
- Fluff with fork.
- Top with nuts.
