Crock Pot Stroganoff
- 1 lb wide egg noodles
- 2 (10 3/4 ounce) cans cream of mushroom soup
- 2 14 cups milk
- 16 ounces sour cream
- 1 ounce onion soup mix
- 1 lb meatballs
- Bring all ingredients except for noodles and meatballs in a medium sauce pan to a boil stirring frequently until well blended.
- Heat crock pot to high and pour ingredients from pan into crock pot; add meatballs.
- Leave crock pot on high for about an hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
- After an hour, turn crock pot to low and let simmer for as long as you need.
- Boil noodles at your convenience when ready to prepare your dinner.
