Fried Veggie Brown Rice ( Vegan )

  1. Heat oil in a non-stick pan or wok.
  2. Add crumbled tofu.
  3. Saute for 2-3 minutes; add ginger and garlic.
  4. Cook 1 minute.
  5. Add rice, vegetables and soy sauce.
  6. Cook until vegetables are tender/crisp and rice is hot.
