Mexican Shrimp Cocktail
- 1 pound Medium Size 51 To 60 Count Frozen Cooked Shrimp, Defrosted And Rinsed
- 3 cups Clamato Juice
- 1/2 cups Orange Crush Soda
- 1 cup Diced Celery
- 3 whole Roma Tomatoes, Seeded And Diced
- 1 cup White Onion, Diced
- 1/2 cups Chopped Cilantro, Or To Taste
- 1 cup Diced English Cucumber
- 1 whole Avocado, Peeled, Pitted, And Diced
- 1 whole Squeeze Of Lemon Or Lime Juice
- 1 dash Dash Of Cholula Hot Sauce
- Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, chill and serve.
