Ruby's Clam Chowder Recipe
- 1 lg. can clams and juice
- 1 lg. can tomatoes
- 1 (8 ounce.) tomato sauce
- 6 potatoes, diced
- 6 stalks celery
- 6 lg. carrots
- 1 med. onion
- 1 teaspoon curry pwdr
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Make a broth with soup bone.
- Boil a few hrs.
- Add in onion, celery and carrots.
- Add in potatoes and then tomatoes and tomato sauce, clams.
