Salami Stack Ups Recipe

• 2 teaspoon minced chives
• 2 tbsp. mayonnaise salad dressing
• Dash Tabasco sauce
• 3 ounce. pkg. cream cheese, softened
• 25 thin slices salami

1. In small bowl, combine all ingredients except salami; mix well.
2. make 5 stacks of fine salami each spreading cheese mix between slices.
3. Wrap and chill.
4. Cut each stack into 6 wedges.
5. Serve on cocktail pick.
6. 30 appetizers.
