Sesame and Soy Milk Hot Pot

  1. Chop all the ingredients into small sizes so that they cook through easily.
  2. Mix together the ingredients.
  3. Pour soy milk into the pot and heat over medium heat.
  4. Add the seasoning sauce from Step 2.
  5. Add the vegetables, starting with those that take longer to cook.
  6. Once they are almost cooked, add the Chinese chives and leeks.
  7. Cover with a lid and simmer for 2 to 3 minutes.
  8. Bon appetit!
