Dried sweet and spicy scrambled egg
- 2 Eggs
- 2 tbsp sweet dried chili paste (nam prik phao) ,(adjustable)
- 1 tbsp fish sauce or salt , (adjustable)
- 1 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 3 tbsp vegetable oil
- heat pan with medium fire with oil till hot
- drop eggs into hot pan then stir fire bit
- apply sweet dried chili paste and fish sauce into eggs, stir more and cut into small pieces like peanut (still on the pan)
- stir eggs till dried, then turn off fire and add sugar and stir it
- pour the omelette into a dish , eat with Thai rice or Boiled rice or congee
