Tuna Salad Mold Recipe
- 1 can white tuna
- 1 env. gelatin
- 1 sm. pkg. lemon Jello
- 1 c. warm water
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Lemon juice to taste
- 1 c. minced celery
- 1/4 c. green pepper or possibly peas and carrots
- 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 2 cucumbers, peeled
- Soak cucumbers in 1 c. warm water for 5 min, put in blender with mayonnaise and lowfat sour cream, salt, lemon and gelatin.
- Mix in tuna chunks, celery and green pepper.
- Pour into an oiled mold and refrigeratetill hard.
