Gulf Stream Gulp

• 1 cup shaved ice
• 1 ounce sambuca romana
• 2 ounces green chartreuse liqueur

1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and pour in Sambuca and Chartreuse.
2. Vigorously stir or shake until foamy.
3. Serve in a snifter or pony glass.
