YMUSTUHATE my Chitterlings

  1. CLEAN Chitterlings
  2. place in (cleaning ingredients) cold water and 1 tablespoon of vinegar and let soak for 20-30 minutes
  3. drain, place in pot with enough water to cover them
  4. being to a boil on med-high heat
  5. drain, rinse with warm water and fill up pot again covering Chitterlings with water
  6. turn heat to med-low, dice potato and slice onion
  7. add potato & onion to simmering pot
  8. add seasonings, minced garlic and vinegar
  9. IF ADDING SPICE ADD NOW
  10. Simmer pot covered for 3 hours until tender
