Chile-Lime-Tequila Compound Butter Recipe

  1. Place butter in a medium bowl and, using a rubber spatula, soften until its very spreadable.
  2. Add remaining ingredients and mix until thoroughly combined.
  3. Place compound butter on a sheet of plastic wrap.
  4. Roll into a log and twist the ends to seal.
  5. Place butter in the refrigerator to harden.
