Mango Pie Recipe
- 2 c. flour
- 1 c. butter
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 c. finely minced nuts
- 8 ounce. cream cheese
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 8 ounce. creamy Cold Whip
- 3 ounce. orange Jello
- 1 pkg. Knox gelatin
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 c. warm water
- 1 c. water
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 4 teaspoon lemon juice
- 5 c. mango
- For crust, combine flour, butter, brown sugar and minced nuts.
- Bake 350 degrees till brown.
- Fold cream cheese, sugar and vanilla into Cold Whip.
- Put in ice box while Jello is made.
- Heat 1/2 c. sugar in warm water; combine remaining ingredients.
- Put Jello in ice box till settled, about 1 hour.
- Pour over the cream cheese.
