Dilly Cheese Muffins

  1. Combine first 3 ingredients in a large bowl; make a well in center of mixture.
  2. Combine egg and next 4 ingredients, stirring well; add to dry ingredients, s tirring just until moistened.
  3. Place paper baking cups in muffin pans; coat with cooking spray.
  4. Add batter, filling two-thirds full.
  5. Remove from pans immediately, and cool on wire racks.
