Dilly Cheese Muffins
- 3 cups biscuit baking mix (bisquick)
- 1 1/2 cups swiss cheese shredded
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 large eggs
- 1 1/4 cups milk
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon dill weed fresh, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1 x nonstick cooking spray
- Combine first 3 ingredients in a large bowl; make a well in center of mixture.
- Combine egg and next 4 ingredients, stirring well; add to dry ingredients, s tirring just until moistened.
- Place paper baking cups in muffin pans; coat with cooking spray.
- Add batter, filling two-thirds full.
- Remove from pans immediately, and cool on wire racks.
