Vegetable Bars
- 2 pkg. crescent rolls
- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 envelope Ranch dressing
- 3/4 c. Miracle Whip
- 3/4 c. any combination cheese (Monterey Jack, Cheddar, etc.)
- 3/4 green pepper, chopped fine
- 3/4 c. green onion, chopped
- 3/4 c. carrots, chopped fine
- 3/4 c. mushrooms, chopped fine
- 3/4 c. broccoli, chopped fine
- 3/4 c. cauliflower, chopped
- Spray a large cookie sheet or large pizza pan with Pam. Spread crescent rolls on sheet to make a crust.
- Bake 7 minutes at 350u0b0.
- Cool.
- Mix together cream cheese, Ranch dressing and Miracle Whip.
- Spread on crust.
- Sprinkle vegetables on top of crust and cover with shredded cheese/cheeses.
- Chill.
- Cut into squares.
