No. 1 Spicy Seasoned Croutons

  1. Cube or pull apart small chunks of sliced bread.
  2. Place on jelly roll pans.
  3. Spread out.
  4. Preheat oven 300*.
  5. Put in oven, cook and turn twice for 25 minutes.
  6. In large glass measuring cup add olive oil and butter.
  7. Cook in microwave for 2 minutes at 50% power.
  8. Add the spices and whisk.
  9. Take out of the oven and pour slowly over bread cubes.
  10. Turn with a spatula until all are coated.
  11. Sprinkle parmesan cheese over the cubes.
  12. Bake 20 minutes.
  13. Cool.
  14. Store in bags and freeze or the refrigerator in air tight container.
