3-Star Hot Pepper Roulades

  1. Preheat grill to medium heat.
  2. Pound steak to 1/4-inch thickness.
  3. Spread with 2 Tbsp.
  4. of the steak sauce; sprinkle evenly with peppers.
  5. Roll up steak from one of the short sides; cut crosswise into 8 slices.
  6. Thread 2 steak rolls onto each of 4 skewers.
  7. Grill 8 to 10 min.
  8. or until cooked to medium doneness (160F), turning and brushing occasionally with the remaining steak sauce.
