Cajun Swordfish Skewers with BBQ Corn
- 500g swordfish steaks, cut into 2.5cm pieces
- olive oil spray
- 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
- 4 cobs sweet corn, cut into 3cm wheels
- green salad, to serve
- lemon wedges, to serve Safeway 4 ct For $5.00 thru 02/09
- 1/3 cup KRAFT* Thousand Island Dressing
- Thread the swordfish evenly onto 12 pre-soaked wooden skewers.
- Spray with the olive oil then dust with Cajun seasoning.
- Refrigerate 30 minutes.
- Spray the corn with oil then BBQ for 10-15 minutes turning occasionally until cooked and lightly blackened, remove and keep warm.
- BBQ the swordfish skewers on an oiled grill plate for 5-8 minutes turning once, until browned and cooked through.
- Place onto serving plates with corn cobs, salad and lemon wedges.
- Drizzle skewers with dressing and serve immediately.
