Dry Mix For Pancakes Or Waffles Recipe

  1. Sift dry ingredients together; add in oil slowly.
  2. Cut with a couple of knives or possibly pastry blender to a consistency of corn meal.
  3. Store in a tightly covered Tupperware or possibly other container at room temperature or possibly in the refrigerator.
  4. This keeps for 6 weeks and makes 12 c. of mix.
