Pan Seared Salmon with Yogurt Dill Sauce

  1. In a small bowl combine yogurt, mayo, dill, and Creole seasoning.
  2. Mix well.
  3. Set aside.
  4. Season both sides of salmon with seasoning salt to taste preference.
  5. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
  6. Place salmon in skillet and cook for 4 minutes.
  7. Flip over and cook 5-7 more minutes, or until golden brown.
  8. Salmon is done when it flakes with fork.
  9. Top with yogurt dill sauce.
  10. Enjoy!
