Italian Sausage Calzone

  1. Preheat oven to required temp for crust
  2. Remove and discard casings from sausage, cook sausage and onion
  3. Combine sausage mixture, bell pepper, olives, pizza sauce, garlic
  4. Roll out one package of dough, sprinkle cheese on dough to for two rows, scoop sausage mixture evenly over both rows.
  5. Unroll second dough cover both rows and press to seal around mixtures, cut down center of rows to form two calzones
  6. Lightly oil top of dough, sprinkle with parmesan cheese and basil, cut five slits in top of each to vent, cook as directed on doug package.
