Tuna with fresh bamboo shoot and peas

  1. Heat oil in pan and fry the tuna each side for 5-mins.
  2. In another pan fry all the veggies for a couple of mins.
  3. Add tuna and fry for about 10mins.
  4. Serve hot top with fresh parsley and a squeeze of fresh lemon .Enjoy the food.
