Lunch Box Pizza
- 1 can (10-count Package, Or About 8 Oz. Size) Refrigerated Biscuits
- 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
- 1/2 cups Tomato Sauce
- 1/2 cups Shredded Cheese, Your Favorite
- 10 slices Pepperoni
- Spray 10 cups in a muffin tin with cooking spray.
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
- Roll or pat out each biscuit until it is approximately 3 inches in diameter.
- Place in the muffin cup so that it lines the bottom and goes up the sides evenly.
- Mix together the Italian seasoning and the tomato sauce.
- Spoon into the cups evenly using all the sauce.
- This is a little over 1 tablespoon per cup.
- Divide the cheese evenly between the muffin cups and top each one with a pepperoni slice.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes.
