Bisquick Coffee Cake Revised
- 2 cups Bisquick baking mix
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 78 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 13 cup brown sugar
- 12 cup chopped pecans
- Stir together sugar and baking mix.
- Add milk, eggs, and vanilla and mix well.
- Spread into 9x9 pan coated with vegetable oil spray.
- Place butter and brown sugar into microwave safe cup and heat until mixture looks "slushy.
- ".
- Sprinkle pecans over the cake mix and then sprinkle/spread the butter and brown sugar mixture on top of the pecans.
- Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
- Let cool in pan for 10 minutes before serving.
