Egg white fried rice

  1. Cook the rice by simmering it in 3 cups of water until the water boils away (about 20 min).
  2. Meanwhile, mix the egg whites with the milk and seasoning.
  3. Heat the oil in a nonstick pan over a medium heat.
  4. Add the egg mixture to a hot pan, stirring constantly to scramble it.
  5. Once the egg is cooked through, add the tomatoes and rice.
  6. Stir fry until the tomatoes start softening.
