Egg white fried rice
- 1 cup brown rice
- 8 egg whites
- 1/2 cup milk
- 100 grams baby tomatoes
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 dash salt
- 1 dash pepper
- 1 dash chilli powder
- Cook the rice by simmering it in 3 cups of water until the water boils away (about 20 min).
- Meanwhile, mix the egg whites with the milk and seasoning.
- Heat the oil in a nonstick pan over a medium heat.
- Add the egg mixture to a hot pan, stirring constantly to scramble it.
- Once the egg is cooked through, add the tomatoes and rice.
- Stir fry until the tomatoes start softening.
