Wok with Marinated Pork Strips
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1/2 whole Red Chili
- 1/2 Tablespoons Fresh Grated Ginger
- 1 pound, 5- 1/4 ounces, weight Pork Strips
- 3 Tablespoons Ketjap Manis (Sweet Soy Sauce)
- 1 whole Onion
- 1 whole Leek
- 1 whole Red Bell Pepper
- 1 whole Carrot
- 6 Tablespoons Oil For Cooking
- 2 packages (3 Oz. Package) Ramen Noodles
- 1/2 teaspoons Pepper

- Finely chop the garlic and red chili.
- Grate fresh ginger.
- Mix this with the pork and add the ketjap manis, then let it marinate for 30 minutes.
- Cut onion, leek (or spring onions), bell pepper and the carrot in rings and cubes.
- Boil the noodles according to the directions on the package.

- Brown the meat in oil, 2-3 minutes on high heat.
- Remove meat from pan and set aside.

- Then saute the vegetables quickly.
- When they reach your desired level of doneness, mix in the meat and carefully add the noodles.
- If you want, add more ketjap manis, pepper or maybe salt to taste.
