Fried Peanut Butter Banana Rolls

  1. In a large cast iron pan heat enough oil to partly submerge a banana to medium heat.
  2. Cover one side of the tortilla with a mix of peanut butter and Nutella.
  3. Peel the banana and place it on tge edge of the tortillas.
  4. Carefully roll up the tortillas like a burrito making sure to seal both ends, and fasten with tooth picks.
  5. Carefully place tortillas in the hot oil and fry for 3-4 minutes a side, or until golden and crispy.
  6. Remove and drain fat.
  7. Optional: While banana cooks.
  8. Lightly toast some sesame seeds on medium heat.
  9. Cut into halves, drizzle with maple syrup or honey, and sprinkle sesame seeds and powdered sugar to garnish.
  10. Enjoy!
