Fried Peanut Butter Banana Rolls
- 2 toothpicks
- 1 vegetable oil (for frying)
- 1 flour tortillas
- 1 peanut butter
- 1 nutella
- 1 banana (ripe)
- 1 powdered sugar
- 1 maple syrup or honey
- 1 sesame seeds (toasted)
- In a large cast iron pan heat enough oil to partly submerge a banana to medium heat.
- Cover one side of the tortilla with a mix of peanut butter and Nutella.
- Peel the banana and place it on tge edge of the tortillas.
- Carefully roll up the tortillas like a burrito making sure to seal both ends, and fasten with tooth picks.
- Carefully place tortillas in the hot oil and fry for 3-4 minutes a side, or until golden and crispy.
- Remove and drain fat.
- Optional: While banana cooks.
- Lightly toast some sesame seeds on medium heat.
- Cut into halves, drizzle with maple syrup or honey, and sprinkle sesame seeds and powdered sugar to garnish.
- Enjoy!
