Delicious Cream Cheese with Mango and Jalapeno Salsa

  1. Combine mango and peppers in a large non-stick skillet.
  2. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat.
  3. Reduce heat to medium and gently boil 7 to 10 minutes or until most of liquid is evaporated and turn into a heavy syrup; remove from heat.
  4. Let it cold down and mix carefully with the dressing.
  5. Place cream cheese on serving plate; top with mango mixture.
  6. Serve with assorted crackers.
