Brandy Truffles

  1. Heat milk and chocolate until chocolate melts and mixture thickens, stirring constantly.
  2. Remove from heat.
  3. Add all remaining ingredients.
  4. Mix well.
  5. Stand 30 minutes.
  6. Shape into 1-inch balls.
  7. Roll in non-pareils ordesired coating.
  8. Refrigerate.
