Strawberry Burrata Salad

  1. Bring vinegar, sugar, and salt to a boil in small skillet.
  2. Reduce heat to medium-low, and simmer 3 minutes, or until mixture has reduced by half.
  3. Cool 1 minute.
  4. Pour balsamic syrup over strawberries in small bowl, and stir to combine.
  5. Gently stir in basil ribbons.
  6. Place burrata quarters on salad plates.
  7. Surround with 1 cup strawberry halves, evenly distributing basil.
  8. Drizzle each serving with 1 tsp.
  9. olive oil, and sprinkle with pepper.
