Honey-Balsamic Glazed Sirloin with Crumbled Blue Cheese

  1. In a small saucepan, combine vinegar, honey, and soy sauce.
  2. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer for 10 to 15 minutes until it reduces and thickens.
  3. Set aside and allow to cool.
  4. Meanwhile, season both sides of the steaks with salt and pepper.
  5. Once cooled, pour glaze over steaks and let marinate for up to 4 hours.
  6. Once ready, grill to your liking and top with blue cheese.
  7. Enjoy!
