Honey-Balsamic Glazed Sirloin with Crumbled Blue Cheese
- 3/4 cups Balsamic Vinegar
- 1/4 cups Honey
- 1 Tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 2 whole (8 Oz. Size) Sirloins
- Salt And Pepper
- 1/2 cups Crumbled Blue Cheese
- In a small saucepan, combine vinegar, honey, and soy sauce.
- Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer for 10 to 15 minutes until it reduces and thickens.
- Set aside and allow to cool.
- Meanwhile, season both sides of the steaks with salt and pepper.
- Once cooled, pour glaze over steaks and let marinate for up to 4 hours.
- Once ready, grill to your liking and top with blue cheese.
- Enjoy!
